We are excited to have Bristol based foodies Trewhitts joining Mind Body Soul this year. Offering an array of delicious food all weekend.

Trewhitt’s is an organic, vegan company that started in 2014 by two friends, who have a passion for creating a diverse range of vegan and organic food for a reasonable price. They believe that vegan food is creative and tasty, when done properly.

Trewhitt’s recycle their waste, they cycle to work, and are aware of ways to live a greener life in this modern age. One of the most effective methods an individual can do to lower their carbon footprint is to avoid all animal products. The production of meat and other animal products places a heavy burden on the environment, from crops and water required to feed animals, to the transport and other processes involved from farm to fork. The vast amount of grain feed required for meat production is a significant contributor to deforestation, habitat loss and species extinction, fact.

Their hope is to create vibrant dishes free from harmful pesticides and chemicals sourced from ethically responsible businesses. Their dishes also take inspiration from cuisines from around the world from ‘Middle Eastern Curries’ to ‘Japanese Tempura’  to ‘Spanish Tapas’ to ‘American Diner’  menus to elure vegans, all food lovers and especially non-vegans. Increased energy, younger looking skin and eternal youth are just some of the claims from enthusiastic plant eaters.

Since the formation of Trewhitts the team has expanded, to include other fellow passionate food lovers and creatives who bring their own ideas to the dinner table.

Trewhitts serve up nutritious meals such as the award winning ‘Butterbean,Chilli and Ginger Falafels ‘ with a healthy Organic Salad with nuts and seeds; with some lovely drizzles of homemade sauces on top, to their  ‘Vegan Pulled Pork ‘ which is made from ‘Jack Fruit’ using their original recipe made ‘Cacao and Date BBQ sauce’ to pack that extra punch and also our ‘Vegan Hot Dogs’ made from ‘Wild Mushrooms,Sage and Burnt Onion Puree and packed with extra nutrients to keep festival goers going. Their breakfasts are superb.

Trewhitts create memorable meals for special occasions. Their chefs are from a vast catering background, and the team work closely with their customers to ensure all specific needs are met.



Trewhitts are also hosting 3 banquets on Saturday afternoon, a 3 – course opulent communal dining experience. Definitely not one to miss. Only 24 seats available, book early to avoid disappointment.
